I'll then cancel the subscription on your current card. You should receive an email from CCBill confirming that the subscription on that card has been cancelled. The next time you sign in to the site you will be taken to a page to set up your new subscription. If you were on the "First-timer" discounted subscription plan I will have your profile set so that you will still have that option to select from.
